Our first full day in Tokyo started with a bus tour of Tokyo which went past the tallest tower in Tokyo, similar in construction to the Eiffel Tower in Paris France. This tower will be superceded with a new tower to be built before 2010 when Japan transfers to HDTV from analog transmission, the new tower is vying to be the tallest structure on earth - over 700 metres high!
After the tour finished at lunch time we had lunch in a japanese restaurant - where we ate sushi and sashimi - the best I have had ever.
